IRCT’s Dual Vocational Students Showcase  in “IRCT Group Step to Thailand 4.0 with the DVE”

Inoue Rubber (Thailand) Public Company Limited together with Office of the Vocational Education Commission (VEC) successfully support Dual Vocational Education (DVE) project; create jobs, build future, and support dual vocational student to Thailand 4.0.

On February 28th, 2017, Mrs. Pimjai Leeissaranukul, the Chairman of Inoue Rubber (Thailand) Company Limited, together with Dr. Anusorn Sangnimnuan, Chairman of Vocational Education Commission, and Mr. Surat Junyam, Advisor of the Dual Vocational Education Center led the companies in IRCT Group and educational personnel to participate “IRCT Group Step to Thailand 4.0 with the DVE” event and admired the successful projects from the graduated students in IRCT Dual Vocational Project 2016 at Vityanusorn Memorial Hall, Inoue Rubber (Thailand) Public Company Limited.

IRCT Dual Vocational Project has been operated since April 7th, 2016 under the cooperation between the Company and VEC. The project aims to create qualified and skilled students for responding to the requirement of the labor market. Throughout 2016, the Company offered learning opportunity, facilitated the student’s participation as well as provided professional trainers to inculcate and transfer both useful knowledge and real experience to the dual vocational students. Consequently, there were 26 students from 3 institutes graduated from the project including 9 students in Electrical Technician from Buriram Technical College, 4 students in Technology Production from Saraburi Technical College, and 13 students in Mechatronics from Thaluang Cementhaianusorn Technical College.

In the event, there were presentations and awards to the representative students who have outstanding projects such as “Automatic Rubber Roller Machine” by Mechatronics students from Thaluang Cementhai-anusorn Technical College, “Colour Rubber Granules Extraction Machine” increasing productivity and saving costs by Technology Production students from Saraburi Technical College, “Cost Reduction of LED Flashlight  for Interior Inspection of Rubber Hose Project” enhancing efficiency of tube product’s quality control process by Mechatronics student from Thaluang Cementhaianusorn Technical College, as well as “Risk reduction in electrical working with Warning Shirt Project” emphasizing on safety by Electrical Technician students from Buriram Technical College etc.
